Shipment & Returns
Polycarbonate sheets and accessories are custom packed in crates or on pallets before being shipped. Some orders can be larger and heavy, we ask that the customer be prepared to unload upon materials arrival. (Note: Most carriers leave the customer responsible for taking materials out of the truck. Large orders are not able to be accommodated by UPS, every effort will be made to ship smaller orders via UPS or FedEx Ground)
Shipping costs are calculated by adding the total length, width, and weight of the sheets and accessories added to the cart. Since shipment costs are variable they can have tremendous impact on the total price. We aim to give customers the lowest shipping costs available to the market. All orders will be shipped within 7-10 working days from the date the payment is received.
Canadian Customers: Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. A broker is required to process shipments and it is customer responsibility to contact a brokerage service to present the necessary customs paperwork.
Material orders are to be inspected upon arrival and any damages are to be noted with the carrier and reported to ePlast USA immediately.
Standard stock-sized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase (not delivery) by contacting ePlastUSA at info@eplastUSA.com for a return authorization. ePlastUSA will provide a quotation to the customer for return shipping and will arrange pick-up.
Payment for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items returned in resellable condition will be refunded back to the customer's credit card less freight.
