Products currently out of stock continue to have uncertain production date.
ePlast has created a first come first serve waiting list to allow our customer to secure products once back in stock. Customers can now place orders with OUT OF STOCK products that have UNCERTAIN delivery date. Once the products are back in stock, customers will have the opportunity to claim their order.
Products that have uncertain delivery date are now marked with the following message:
When customers place the order with an OUT OF STOCK item, the entire order will be put “on hold” until fulfillment. ePlast won’t charge customers until the material leave the warehouse.

To Our Valued Customers
ePlastUSA has just received notification that our supplier has declared force majeure- a forced shutdown of operations preventing the supplier from fulfilling their contractual obligations.
A worldwide raw materials shortage is heavily impacting the plastic industry and product distribution. Internationally, the resin supply of polycarbonate is in increasingly short supply and most manufacturers must allocate their supply. Global economies are utilizing these resins at a rate exponentially higher than in the past, and manufacturers are having a difficult time keeping up with the demand. Several large plastics manufacturing plants have been temporarily shut down for maintenance, which has only contributed to other plants reaching maximum production capacity and their inability to meet the demands of their customers.
We are working very closely with our supplier to avoid any interruption of the supply chain. However, due to the unprecedented situation, materials may not be available at the time of purchase and orders that have already been placed might be subject to extended lead times. We are taking extra measures to promptly notify customers of any materials that may be out of stock, but we encourage every customer to contact us before placing any new order since available quantities are rapidly changing.
