Polycarbonate sheets and accessories are custom packed in crates or on pallets before being shipped. Some orders can be larger and heavy, we ask that the customer be prepared to unload upon materials arrival. (Note: Most carriers leave the customer responsible for taking materials out of the truck. Large orders are not able to be accommodated by UPS, every effort will be made to ship smaller orders via UPS or FedEx Ground)
Shipping costs are calculated by adding the total length, width, and weight of the sheets and accessories added to the cart. Since shipment costs are variable they can have tremendous impact on the total price. We aim to give customers the lowest shipping costs available to the market. After an order has been place, our customer support staff will respond back within 48 hours with a final shipment quote. You will receive an email with a link back to your transaction on our website to finalize your purchase. All orders will be shipped within 10-14 working days from the date the payment is received.
Customer transactions that have not been finalized within 7 days will be cancelled.
Material orders are to be inspected upon arrival and any damages are to be noted with the carrier and reported to ePlast USA immediately.
Standard stock-sized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase (not delivery) by contacting ePlastUSA at [email protected] for a return authorization. ePlastUSA will provide a quotation to the customer for return shipping and will arrange pick-up.
Payment for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items returned in resalable condition will be refunded back to the customer's credit card less freight.
