Polycarbonate sheets and accessories are custom packed before shipping and will be crated or palletized. Some orders are large and heavy so you will need to be prepared to have the crate removed from the freight carrier’s truck upon arrival. (Note: Most carriers will only bring the package to the end of the truck and it is the customers responsibility to take it off the truck. Large orders cannot be accommodated by UPS but every effort will be made to ship smaller orders via UPS or FedEx Ground)
Shipping costs will be calculated on the total length, width and weight of the sheets and accessories added to the cart. Since shipment costs are variable and can have a tremendous impact on the total purchase price, we want to be sure to provide the lowest shipment costs available on the market. After the order has been placed, our customer support will respond back in less than 48 hours with a personalized shipment quote. You will receive an email with a link back to your transaction on our website in order to finalize your purchase. All orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days after payment is received.
Customer transactions that have not been finalized within 7 days will be cancelled.
Material orders are to be inspected upon arrival and any damages are to be noted with the carrier and reported to ePlast USA immediately.
Standard stock-sized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase (not delivery) by contacting ePlastUSA at [email protected] for a return authorization. ePlastUSA will provide a quotation to the customer for return shipping and will arrange pick-up.
Payment for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items returned in resalable condition will be refunded back to the customer's credit card less freight.
